Snapshot© provides the key elements for a simple to use point and click reporting environment that is secure, highly automated and void of any manual cutting and pasting.

Snapshot© is bi-directional.  Reports are generated and delivered direct to individual Managers for view and review.  Snapshot© collates and consolidates revisions to forecasts/budgets etc. to corporate level and electronically is capable of transmitting amended data back to the data source.

3D Business Graphics

• Snapshot© offers full-colour 3D Business Graphics at three levels:
• Ad Hoc - the ability to chart any data any time from any report with a couple of mouse clicks
• Attachment - charts can be attached to report as separate windows allowing flexible on-screen positioning & sizing
• Embedded - charts can be integrated within the body of reports
• Graphics can be embedded in or attached to reporting templates and will reflect live data at report production time.
• Graphics can be accessed in Snapshot's© Report Browser and Ad Hoc Query modules enabling the user to instantly profile selected report content on the fly. Users may elect to attach resulting charts to the report for sharing with other colleagues within the organisation.
• Charting styles include Pie, Vertical Bar, Horizontal Bar, Area and Line. Bar graphs allow innovative presentation with the use of cones and other shapes in place of traditional rectangular columns.
